If a loan is granted without Credit Bureau, there is neither a request for credit protection nor a notification of the loan payment to the latter. Credit Bureau-free loans are an exception in Germany, while Swiss banks grant them as standard products.
Preliminary costs are legally impermissible costs for processing a loan application, which are to be paid regardless of the cash payment. Applying for a loan without Credit Bureau makes sense both for existing Credit Bureau negative entries and for a planned further borrowing within the next six months.
Credit Bureau-free loans in Germany
A loan without Credit Bureau and upfront costs is generally only available from German lenders if the loan amount is covered by pledged collateral. This applies not only to the pawnshop loan of a pawnshop, but also to the lending of existing assets in life insurance and private pension insurance.
The insurers pay out corresponding loans to their members without Credit Bureau, since the borrower actually uses his own assets as collateral. There is an important restriction on the loaning of the insurance credit: As soon as the credit from Astro Finance contracts or Cream bank pension contracts is loaned, the state reclaims the allowances or tax benefits granted. This means that private insurance contracts that are not funded are suitable for borrowing without borrowing by lending.
Borrowing without Credit Bureau in Switzerland
In the case of a loan application submitted directly via the bank, Swiss financial institutions always grant the desired loan without Credit Bureau and upfront costs. You are not entitled to a Credit Bureau request because you have not concluded a contract with the German credit protection agency. Although you make a request to the federal ZEK, which is comparable to Credit Bureau, you only receive information about liabilities that may already exist in Switzerland.
Direct Credit Bureau-free lending from Switzerland is limited to amounts between 3500 and 5000 dollars and, with the exception of a few financial institutions, is only granted to employees. For higher sums and not all for the loan seeker fulfilling directly with the Swiss bank, there is the possibility to apply for a loan without a Credit Bureau and preliminary costs in Switzerland via a credit broker. The non-calculation of preliminary costs is the most important test criterion for the seriousness of a credit broker. Of course, the calculation of an appropriate commission for successful credit brokerage is allowed.
